President & CEO
Mr. Perron is a Director and Vice-President of corporate development for Goldstar Minerals Inc. Prior to that he was Vice-President at Renmark Financial Communications until April 2017. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of QMX Gold Corporation and was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Goose Resources. Before joining the resource sector, Mr. Perron was involved in the financial markets as a portfolio manager and managed resource focused portfolios for NBC Alternative Investments and various resource funds for the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec from 2001 to 2007. He has a Bachelor of Science, Computer science from McMaster University (1986) and an MBA from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales which he obtained in 1992.
CFO
Mr. Rosner has significant experience as a mining industry entrepreneur and executive who, in addition to Lucky Minerals, is also a Director and CFO of Chimata Gold Corp. Early in his career he initiated the formation of a number of junior exploration mining companies, including Fortuna Silver Mines (NYSE: FSM) and Niogold Mining Corp. (TSX.V: NOX – Acquired and wholly owned by Osisko), and played instrumental roles in managing these, and other, resource ventures involved in early stage exploration, resource location, delineation, and development. He has successfully utilized his extensive experience in public and private company management for over 30 years.
Corporate Secretary
Ms. Mann has been involved in the venture capital financial marketplace for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience to the team in a variety or areas. She began her career in the investment industry and over the years has worked with several mining resource companies, primarily in executive administration, corporate communications, and special project coordination. As an experienced leader and team member, she is focused on supporting complex organizations through periods of constant and rapid growth through the proper application of strategic communications, stakeholder liaison, and project management. Ms. Mann has a BSc. From the University of Manitoba.

Director
Mr. Hylands has spent a majority of his career working in gold, base metals and iron ore exploration in Canada and internationally. He has managed a number of multi-million dollar, large-scale, global exploration programs. Over the last three years he has driven one of the largest concentrated exploration programs in Canada whereby redefining the Troilus Gold Deposit into one of Canada’s largest developing resources. Mr. Hylands holds a B.Sc in Geology from Western University in London, Ontario and currently serves as an Officer of Troilus Gold, with the roles of Senior Vice-President of Exploration and Corporate Development.
Director
Shaun M. Dykes, is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of American CuMo Mining company a company currently developing the large CuMo deposit in Idaho, which Mr. Dykes was responsible for obtaining and developing to its current state. Mr Dykes will continue to work for both companies in aiding and developing the various projects.
CFO & Director

Mr. McDowall is a capital markets professional with over 25 years of experience with Canadian based boutique and bank owned investment firms, and most recently served as Managing Director, Head of Equity Sales for Macquarie Capital Markets Canada. Mr. McDowall is currently Head of Investor Relations and Communications at Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd.. He is also on the Board of Directors at Mason Graphite, Inc. and Goldstar Minerals, Inc.
Mr. Reid is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Troilus Gold Corporation, launched in January 2017. He is a geologist and capital markets executive with over 20 years of experience focused exclusively in the mineral resource space. Mr. Reid started his career as a geologist with Saskatchewan Geological Survey and Cominco Global Exploration after which he became a partner and senior mining analyst at Sprott/Cormark Securities in Toronto. He was then named Executive General Manager at Paladin Energy, where he was responsible for leading all merger and acquisition, corporate and market related activities. He is the former Managing Director Global Mining Sales at National Bank Financial, where he directed the firm’s sales and trading in the mining sector. Most recently, he acted as President and Director of Sulliden Gold Corporation, until its acquisition by Rio Alto Mining. Mr. Reid is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Troilus Gold Corp. He holds a B.Sc (Geology) from the University of Regina, a M.Sc (Geology) from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
